lifelong learningCALL - Community Access to Lifelong LearningThrough the CALL project we offer drop-in ICT training sessions for people living in the local area. At the sessions people can choose what they would like to learn, from writing a letter using the computer to learning how to use the Internet or even working towards an ICT qualification. We have two drop-in sessions per week on Mondays 10:30 - 12:30 and Fridays 11:00 - 13:00. Call 0161 273 5122 for more information on the drop-in sessions. Also, as part of the CALL initiative the training suite at Toucan was
upgraded with new equipment as were the five other CALL centres around
Manchester. The CALL project is a partnership with MAES, Manchester Libraries,
Training Wise, Chorlton EVH and Manchester Youth Service. |
