The project has only recently received formal approval and is now working on the methodology, and is arranging a seminar to increase employers' awareness about employment of disabled people and legislation. It is expect that the training phase for manager and trainees will begin in September/October. From October the teleworking with psychological support will start, this support will include experts that are 'on-line' with advice through e-mail.
It is expected that the 20 participants will move into self-employment. The project will provide a fixed income over the 14-month project period and the participants will receive a 'start-up' grant from the social fund.
Evaluation will be carried out by one of the national project partners.
