Real and Virtual Texture - RAVT

The aim of the RAVT project is of building an educational system on line for developing formative and integrate situations, which are able to come out from the local logic of the simple solidarity and from the gratis practise of “giving”. Admittedly, these kind of practises are carried out by private persons, or associations, that work in the field of the adult disability. These practises are far from a real and conscious planning, that is able to fix the facts and to project them by an evocative memory into a future and into life projects, separated from the simple overcoming of one or more purposes. What’s more these practices exclude a wide pedagogic dialogue based on an open and continuous comparison with other contributions, which are able to move into a reticular viewpoint and into the action-search framework.
This kind of education is able to consider the plurality of the contexts and of the “language”, that bring the people’ s complexity-originality and the meaning of relationships out. For finding residual resources, discussing the organisations of the involved contexts and putting into action educative processes of the educational and learning style of the social and cultural category, of the moral and civil participation based on political-social ideals. So the project purpose of legitimating the professionals, which work in this associative and institutional sector, sometimes are not interested in educative problems, because they believe only in a formative procedure typical of the epistemological prospect, putting the above-mentioned prospects in a critical position, going into the cultural and practical dimension of the professional flexibility and for the integration of the disabled adult by the collaboration between single subjects or between groups.

Typology of the project:

Innovation and improving of the educational and learning processes (methods, materials, operative modules, levels of planning, teaching-learning strategy) into the education sector of the disabled adult in their social and working life: education of experts for the management of the educational-relational aspects with the disabled adults.

Thematic trend:

The experts of the management have to build basic competences about the educational and relational aspects with the disabled adult for improving their active citizenship. That means their presence in all the sectors of the civil society. To get this aim the most important thing is the building of real and virtual learning situations and the foundation of transnational learning circle.

Context:

The project will be developed into the partnership of the following countries: Italy, UK and Latria, which have different cultural and social situations, and different educational approaches to the disabled adults’ problems. The project will be a moment of meeting of the different realities, in this it will try to answer to the different needs and to start co-evolution processes.
